Apprentice Recruitment Administrator
Role
- Perform administrative duties to support recruitment processes
- Familiarise with and implement recruitment policies and procedures
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns to attract candidates
- Engage with employers to understand their needs and requirements
- Conduct cold calling to reach potential candidates and clients
- Handle inbound enquiries from candidates and clients
- Arrange and participate in face-to-face meetings with candidates and employers
- Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for job opportunities
- Learn and utilise recruitment software and databases effectively
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in recruitment and administration
Training
Qualification: At the end of your apprenticeship, you will obtain a recognised Level 3 qualification in Recruitment Resourcing, which aligns with industry standards and enhances your employability.
Training Structure: Your training will be a blend of on-the-job and off-the-job learning experiences.
- Off-the-job training: You will attend a training centre one day every two weeks, focusing on theoretical aspects of recruitment and administration. This will provide a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and principles
- On-the-job training: You'll receive practical training within the workplace, guided by our experienced directors. They will mentor you through real-world tasks and scenarios, ensuring you develop the skills needed for success in the recruitment industry.
- Off-the-job training will also be conducted in-house or remotely, allowing flexibility to balance learning with work commitments. This will occur on alternate weeks, complementing your office hours from 9.00am to 2.00pm.
Career Progression: Throughout your apprenticeship journey, you'll have the opportunity to advance within the company. Management and promotional opportunities await, with the chance to eventually manage your industrial desk. By the end of your apprenticeship, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge for a successful career in recruitment.
At the end of the apprenticeship, shoudl you stay on with the company. You will become a fully trained Recruitment Consultant. Further progression may include promotions to Team Leaders, Account Manager, Senior Recruitment Conultant ect.
