UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will ensure that the company's Digital Resources academic platforms deliver an excellent user experience to students and researchers within its global customer base of academic institutions.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Run user experience research to understand users' journeys and needs, deciding on the best method to use (e.g., interviews, focus groups, card sorting, usage analytics)
• Capture findings and translate into clear designs, prioritised in documentation, whether for roadmaps or immediate development
• Produce designs (sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, as appropriate) to assist with user research, internal discussion, presentations to stakeholders, and delivery
• Work on a programme of continuous improvement, encompassing interface design.
