IT & Systems Manager

Job Title: IT & Systems Manager 

Location: Liverpool
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum per annum

We are currently recruiting for an IT and Systems Manager position to work with a global leading company. The company’s head office is within the Liverpool area and the right candidate will ideally have experience in a similar IT Management or Systems capacity.

The key duty in this role will be to lead the IT & Systems department optimizing KPIs and driving functions. Take charge of protocols, issue resolution, and innovation to ensure seamless processes.
 

Role responsibilities:

• As the IT Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving IT performance and KPIs for the whole of IT operations.
• You will be responsible for managing IT capacity and resolving onsite IT issues.
• You'll lead a team of IT, first line support and developers to set objectives, manage their and development, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Additionally, you'll collaborate with higher and senior level management to report and discuss IT services and performance objectives.

Skills required:

• Degree level qualification in a relevant field or qualified by experience (at least 5 years in a similar role).
• Experience leading a team of developers, first and front-line support.
• Experience managing client’s IT queries and enquiries.
• Experience liaising with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting of KPI’s and performance.
