In this role, you'll lead the Embedded Software team developing their family of hardware charging technology at an exciting time for the business. They have recently won a number of industry … awards and have no plans of slowing down.They're looking for;- Significant experience of leading teams of embedded firmware developers (team size circa 10 engineers/senior engineers)- Fundamental understanding of the embedded development process from Low level "bare metal"- Firmware development through to Embedded Linux applications- Experience using agile tools and methodologies in an embedded context (Jira, Scrum etc.)They need someone who is able to be in the Malvern office 3 days a week.
